Thank you for shopping with CalmSpace! We hope you’re enjoying your new percussion massager. If for any reason it doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for your convenience.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be in its unused, unopened, and original condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
• Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

How to Return an Item:

• To start a return, simply reach out to us at kristianpodato@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
• Once your request is approved, you’ll receive further instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
